Everybody has conflicts, disagreements and differences at some point in their life. This is the natural process of life and that is how it will always be. However, conflicts still need to be resolved and here’s how.

1. Talking it out

Talking it out is a simple way to resolve conflict. Be willing to listen and understand where they’re coming from, not just to get your point across.

2. Exchanging gifts

This is sort of the ice breaker. This is a perfect approach when there might be some tension to diffuse. Don’t neglect talking it out though.

3. By Giving it time

As the famous saying goes “time heals all wounds”. Some things are just left for time to deal with. You might try your best to talk it out or buy gifts only for the underlying issue to remain unresolved. Simply letting time carry it away can be a good way to resolve conflict.

Whatever approach you choose, the main priority should be to solve the conflict and ultimately have some peace of mind.
