How to Make the Perfect Homemade Brownies.
o ½ cup of melted butter (unsalted)
o 2 large eggs
o 2 tsp vanilla extracts
o 1 tbsp cooking oil
o 1 1/8 cup of sugar
o ½ cup of cake flour
o ¼ tsp salt
o ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Lightly grease a baking pan with cooking oil spray and flour.
Combine the melted butter, sugar, and oil in a bowl; whisk together for about a minute.
Add the eggs and the vanilla to this mixture and beat for about another minute.
In another bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt and mix them well.
Now add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients and combine gently. Be careful not to over-beat!
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for roughly 45 minutes.

Test the readiness by inserting a toothpick, the toothpick should not come out with any sticky brownie batter. Do not overcook your brownies.
Allow to cool down before slicing them into squares.
