Need some leg workout? Do stairs. Walking up and down the stairs in your house or apartment building can be a great high intensity cardio.
- KEEP HYDRATED
Don’t forget to drink water when exercising in cooler weather. Thirst isn’t the best indicator that you need to drink. Drink water before, during and after an outdoor workout.
- DO FUN ACTIVITIES
Choose from a wide variety of activities such as dancing, doing yoga with friends, bicycle riding and you name it.
- USE DAYLIGHT HOURS
Make use of the day while the sun is still shining. If you choose to work out while it’s dark, try to wear reflective materials on your clothing to stay safe.
